Amina Beauty is a professional HIFU skin tightening and aesthetics clinic operating in Luton, Bedfordshire, UK. References to "we", "us" or "Amina Beauty" in these terms refer to the business. "You" refers to the client or website visitor.

By accessing our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.

3. Treatment Bookings

Consultations

All new clients are offered a free, no-obligation consultation before any treatment. This allows us to assess your suitability for HIFU and discuss your treatment goals. We reserve the right to decline treatment if, in our professional judgement, it is not appropriate for you.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed once you have spoken with us and agreed a date and time. We will confirm your appointment via WhatsApp or email.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to receive treatments from Amina Beauty. We may request proof of age.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. We ask that you:

  • Give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email to cancel or change an appointment.

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee, which we will communicate to you in advance.

5. Pricing and Payment

Treatment prices are as displayed on our website and may be subject to change. We will confirm the price of your treatment during consultation.

Payment is due on the day of treatment. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. We do not offer credit or finance arrangements.

Prices quoted are for the specific treatment described. Additional sessions, areas, or treatments will be priced separately.

6. Results and Expectations

HIFU treatments produce natural, progressive results. Individual results vary depending on age, skin condition, lifestyle factors, and the number of sessions undertaken. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results.

We will discuss realistic expectations with you during your consultation. Before-and-after photographs may be taken (with your consent) to track your progress.

7. Health and Safety

It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or other relevant health information before your treatment. Failure to do so may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment.

HIFU may not be suitable if you are pregnant, have certain medical implants (e.g., pacemakers, metal facial implants), active skin infections, or certain medical conditions. We will assess your suitability during consultation.

8. Aftercare

We will provide full aftercare instructions following your treatment. It is important to follow these to achieve the best results and minimise any risk of adverse reactions. If you experience any unexpected side effects, please contact us immediately.

9. Complaints

We take all complaints seriously. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance:
